Important Information

Our escape rooms are bilingual: in Dutch and English.

Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one participant aged 18 or over.

Be on time, but no sooner than 10 minutes before the start of your game.

You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. If for any reason you have not received an e-mail, please let us know to make sure that your reservation is successful. Send an email to booking@teamtrapped.com.

You can cancel or change the reservation up to 3 days before the start time. Within 72 hours, the full amount will be charged.
